Where are you located?

I am located in St. Augustine,Florida close to Jacksonville, Florida.  I offer telehealth sessions to residents all over Florida.

What is teletherapy like?  Does it work?

Teletherapy is a great way to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home.  Teletherapy is an effective and convenient method to receive counseling.  Sessions can occur from your computer, iPad, or phone.  I have an easy to use webportal that will connect us during sessions.

Are my sessions confidential?

Therapeutic privilege protects clients and enables a high level of confidentiality. There are very few occurrences where breaking confidentiality may apply-these situations include the abuse of children, the elderly, or plans to harm yourself or others.

How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?

Because each person has different issues and goals for therapy, therapy will be different depending on the individual. I design my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
